Health o meter Professional ELEVATE EMR scale is the only scale on the market that is both EMR connected and compliant. Elevate electronically gathers height, weight and BMI, but it also transmits those measurements into EMR/EHR systems through Welch Allyn Connex Vital Signs monitors. Elevate also features LCD display with digital, integral height rod that measures 24"-88" / 61 cm - 223 cm. Functions: LB KG conversion, LB /KG lock out, Body Mass Index (BMI), Zero Out Tare, Hold Release, Auto Zero, Auto Off. Design features include wheels for ease of movement. Powered by 120V adapter (included) or C-cell batteries (not included).
