Q: Is there an application fee?
A: No there is no fee to apply to be a Health Mobius member, however there is a $2.50 per order fee for all orders
Q: Why is there a $2.50 per order fee?
A: This fee is for the processing and handling on the order itself
Q: Why can't I see pricing?
A: Pricing is only available to approved members. Once your account is approved, you will get full access to the site.
Q: Is there a minimum quantity per order?
A: No there is no minimum quantity that needs to be ordered per order.
Q: Is there a list of products and information that is available?
A: Once your account is approved, you will receive a link to our Data Feed which will be an excel sheet with vital product information and pricing
Q: Is there a shipping charge on orders?
A: All accounts are defaulted to your cost plus freight. For your convenience we do also offer an option of all items having free economy shipping. Expedited shipping for items that have it will be an additional charge and freight accessorials (residential delivery, lift gate, inside delivery) are additional charges as well. Please note that you are only allowed one account type and cannot switch more than once per calandar year
Q: Can I use my UPS/FedEx account to ship my packages?
A: At this time we are not able to use a 3rd party billing system. All orders must be shipped via the website's shipping method
Q: Can I send my packing slip instead of yours?
A: Yes we can do our best to replace our packing slip with one of yours. Packing slips must be received within a half hour of the order being placed to have the best chance of being replaced.
Q: Can I put my Company name on the return address?
A: At this time we cannot replace the return address name with a company name. The return address is addressed as Order Fulfillment Center and to our warehouse in Illinois.
Q: What types of discounts are available?
A: Discounts percentages vary by manufacturer and item. As the profit margin is different for every product, we do our best to keep it relatively close grouped by manufacturer.
Q: Do you blind drop ship?
A: Yes we can either ship your order to you or directly to your customer.
Q: Can I ship FBA?
A: No we do not provide stock for FBA shipments
