Who May Purchase From Health Mobius?

Wholesale Health Mobius accounts are available to qualified HME and DME providers, pharmacies, hospitals and health systems, long-term care providers, healthcare retailers, healthcare ecommerce businesses, corporate customers, franchise organizations, and other approved organizations.

All applications are subject to review and approval. Health Mobius reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or discontinue accounts at its discretion.

Account Requirements

Resale & Marketplace Sales

Approved customers may purchase products for resale through their approved business channels, subject to manufacturer, product, account, and other applicable restrictions.

Third-party marketplaces include Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms. Authorization may be limited to specific manufacturers, products, product categories, marketplaces, or accounts.

Approval to purchase a product from Wholesale Health Mobius does not by itself constitute authorization to list or sell that product on a third-party marketplace.

Manufacturer Restrictions

Manufacturers may maintain their own requirements regarding pricing, authorized sales channels, product representation, geographic distribution, and marketplace sales.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable manufacturer and brand-specific requirements. Any Health Mobius authorization remains subject to applicable manufacturer restrictions.

MAP Compliance

Where applicable, customers must comply with all Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements established by participating manufacturers.

Failure to comply may result in restricted product access, account review, suspension of purchasing privileges, or account termination.
