Who May Purchase From Health Mobius?
Health Mobius accounts are intended for qualified organizations, including healthcare providers, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, retailers, long-term care providers, franchise organizations, corporate customers, qualified healthcare ecommerce businesses, and other approved organizations.
All applications are subject to review and approval. Health Mobius reserves the right to approve, deny, or discontinue accounts at its discretion.
Account Requirements
Marketplace Sales
Examples include Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and other third-party marketplaces. Authorization may be limited to specific manufacturers, products, or product categories.
Manufacturer Restrictions
Many manufacturers maintain their own requirements regarding pricing, distribution channels, product representation, and marketplace sales.
Manufacturer policies supersede any general permissions granted by Health Mobius.
MAP Compliance
Where applicable, customers must comply with all Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements established by participating manufacturers.
Failure to comply may result in restricted product access, account review, or account termination.
Policy Violations
Health Mobius reserves the right to investigate potential violations of reseller, marketplace, manufacturer, or pricing policies.
