The Power WearHouse Power Weighted Fitness Belt is a comfortable way to add adjustable resistance to your existing exercise routine. Designed for walking, treadmill workouts, exercise bikes, elliptical training and other everyday fitness activities, the weighted belt allows you to increase workout intensity without changing how you train. The included removable weights allow you to customize the amount of resistance and adjust it over time. Resistance can be added or removed in 0.22 lb (100 g) increments. The Power WearHouse weighted fitness belt is featured by the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation. Wear it on your daily walk and let the resistance do the work your bones need.
Made from soft, flexible neoprene, the belt is designed for a secure and comfortable fit. It has dual waist and hip buckles that help minimize shifting during movement. Its slim profile is easy to wear over workout clothing or under a jacket, while a hidden interior pocket provides convenient storage for small essentials such as keys or cards. The water-resistant construction makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor workouts.
