Ohaus 80410-00 Primer Mechanical Balance Triple Beam Scale

The Ohaus Primer elementary balance is a mechanical beam balance with a capacity of 2000 g and an accuracy of 1 g (also called readability) that measures in grams and has a manual tare adjustment across the entire weighing range. Made of ABS plastic; this balance is durable enough to be used in primary and intermediate classroom settings. The two plastic weighing buckets; which are marked to enable measurements to 500 mL; can hold liquid or solid samples; and are easy to remove for pouring samples; cleaning; and storing. There are dual pointers on either side of the balance base that enable students to view readings from both sides of it. This balance includes a guide with 16 educational activities to help teachers demonstrate measuring concepts using common liquids and solids.
