The HealthOMeter 55070 150lb. Counterweights for Balance Beam Scale were designed to be used with HealthOMeter Physician Beam Scale Models 400KL and 402KL. THE COUNTERWEIGHT IS ONLY COMPATABLE WITH THE 400KL and 402KL WITH CAPACITY OF 350lbs. The counterweights increase the scales capacities from 350lb to 450lb simply by hooking on to the poise bar.
